Biography
| Diane has exhibited her artwork in galleries and museums throughout the mid-west & abroad. Raised in the rolling hills of Grant Wood County of Eastern Iowa, Diane attended Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD) and acquired her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design (MIAD) & has attended the Maharishi University of Management. Diane’s landscapes have an enchanted feeling with her warm saffron's, amber coated skies to emerald islands of turquoise horizons to thundering navy blue monsoon skies. It is the foundation of strength within the land & its bountiful array of colors of nature that she has colored her palette. From paintings of landscapes of an old world, totem animals that embellish a wall, sculptured jewelry, whimsical sculptures of nature spirits, antique capsules with paintings housed within, her artwork has won the hearts of those that want to capture the past in the present moment. |
